Please tell us a little about yourself and your previous experiences in
football?
I am a 30 year old family man with 3 wonderful kids and a beautiful wife to be, I work as a croupier in a casino and my hobbies are football and making things happen against the odds.
I started managing at 16 with a local 6 a-side side team that was I run just for fun and I enjoyed the management side so much I created a Sunday team called Greengate FC back in 2003. I managed Greengate for 9 years winning numerous league titles, cup and even a county cup success. I also played and managed Brampton Park and Newtown Wesley FC in this same 9 years again winning titles, cups and again a county cup success, this time on a Saturday.
I was very interested in semi pro football and had involvement with a step 4 club where I was effectively recommending players and bringing the players to the club to help push the club forward. Over the years I was offered a couple a Reserve team manager jobs at step 4 and 5 but I did not take up the offers as I was always focused on getting a 1st team manager job.
I became London Bari FC manager last year for their first season in Senior football in the ESL where the club finished joint 9th with Enfield 1893 missing out to them on GD, we reached the semi final of both cup competitions we entered and was extremely unfortunate not to reach a final in our first season.

What do you know about Redbridge FC ?
I know a fair share of Redbridge FC's history and I am aware that in recent years the club as gone a bit flat in terms of league positions and how people view the club from the outside, but I am also aware that the club reached the 1st round proper of The FA cup not so long ago so I will use that as a reminder to keep focused as the good times can fade fast. I am also sure I will find out a lot more of the clubs history as time goes on, I know the potential of the club is massive and I hope to push the club in the right direction over the coming years.
What are you most looking forward to about managing in the Ryman League ?
I am looking forward to meeting better run clubs and better sides than what I have seen over the last season in The ESL but most of all I am looking forward to working on my set of players with our coaching staff and working tirelessly on our club development on and off the pitch, I am not concerned at how people judge me or our club from outside of it and I am looking forward to surprising a few people along the way.
Is it likely we will see any faces from last season remain with us , will you be bringing over any players from London Bari ?
It is very possible you will see a few familiar faces from last season with us but ultimately it will be down to those players to dedicate and apply themselves correctly to our cause, talks are on going on retaining a few players from last season with a couple already agreeing to return. A few players from London Bari FC will be coming over to help the quality and depth of the squad.
Are any pre season matches in the pipeline yet ?
There are a couple of pre-season games in the pipeline with a couple of ESL sides willing to play us but not agreed yet. We will be playing Enfield 1893 under the new management of Luke Giddings and I am confident we have agreed and will play Chelmsford City also under new management, this time under a familiar face in Dean Holdsworth, our old manager at Redbridge FC.
What are your realistic aims for your 1st season Our aims will be to gain our highest position possible in the league as every club but realistically a mid table finish will help stabilize the club and lay a foundation to build on for the coming season's, so that as to be the target. A good cup run will be fantastic and reaching the latter stages will be a bonus.
