After a scrappy start, Redbridge took the lead after just 7 minutes as centre half Sean Crossley's header went straight past the unmoved Hasell in the Harlow goal.
It took Harlow 25 minutes or their first real opportunity which was against the run of play. A great David Cowley cross was met by the head of Bertie Brayley but Redbridge stopper Elliot Justham got down low to stop.
Harlow made their first change on 53 minutes with troublesome frontman Lee Roache coming on for Leon Antoine. Harlow were thrown a lifeline straight after as Jonathon Glowacki held down Bertie Brayley & the referee had no optopn but to gave Harlow a penalty, but Daniel Brown's attempt was well saved by the impressive keeper.
Another substitution shortly after saw the arrival of Steve Ferguson for Clark Akers who immediately made an impact, threading a great ball through to Roache whose shot was well saved by Justham.
Harlow were awarded another penalty just after the hour mark as Tom Stephen hauled back Ferguson, the former receiving his marching orders. Brown once again stepped up to take the penalty but this time converted. 81 minutes were on the clock when Harlow made their final substitution as Lee Roache came off injured and was replaced by James Peagram.
Harlow had chance after chance to get the win but a combination of the Redbridge keeper and some inspirational defending helped the visitors to cling on for a point
