Harlow started stronger in this one and with pace and power in midfield dominated the first half from the off. Bert Brayley up front for the visitors looked good all game and he shot wide after 5 mins.
Redbridge's best chance to pressure Harlow came just after 15 minutes, but Fraser-Allen's cross into the box was just out of reach for Manlee Brown and Lee Townrow at the back post.
Not long after, Harlow took the lead. Good play in midfield presented Getro Kilapi time and space to cross the ball into the box where Steve Ferguson was on hand to head home. Elliott Justham standing no chance as the header went right in the corner.
Harlow were then denied a second moments later when Lee Roache's powerful shot from 25 yards struck the woodwork with Sean Crossley heading away the rebound.
Deep into first half injury time, Harlow doubled their lead much to the frustration of Jody Brown whose planned half-time team talk was made only worse. Good play by Brayley and Gilapi out on the far flank caught Tom Stephen out allowing Brayley to set up Dave Crowley inside the box to power home Harlow's second and send their fans into raptures.
Kevin McLeod was taken off at half time, with Brown bringing on Shane Stamp to add some energy and pace down the wing, allowing more support for Manlee Brown up front.
Justham then prevented Harlow from going 3-0 up thanks to some fantastic saves inside the opening 15 minutes of the half. First he prevented Roache with a smart save before somehow saving a rebound from 5 yards out from Ferguson. Moments later Brayley was denied when a shot on the turn inside the box was tipped wide by the impressive goalie.
With Kevin Coyle now on for the Motormen, Redbridge began to pressure the visitors and won a corner when Lee Townrow's shot was saved by James Hassell. Coyle's corner into the box was great and after Sean Crossley saw a header hit the post, Fraser-Allen was on hand to bundle home to give Redbridge hope.
Hope was almost rewarded with an equaliser but Elie Kayembe somehow headed wide inside the six-yard box and Townrow saw an effort saved as Harlow hung on for a vital 3 points.
