The Motormen travelled up to newly promoted Takeley in confident mood on the back of two consecutive victories.
From the off they were on the front foot, Malachi Napa seeing his shot saved within the opening minute.
From a Takeley corner Redbridge then counter attacked down the right, Solomon Ogunwomoju putting over a cross finding Napa at the far post who superbly dispatched his first time volley which flashed past Toby Atkins in goal to give his side an early lead.
There was no let up for Takeley as the away side continued to attack looking dangerous every time they came forward, Joseph Johnson putting over a cross which almost dropped in just bouncing off the crossbar.
Takeley soon had their first opportunity , skipper Coby Miles curling an effort just wide of the upright with Samuel Nwabuko at full stretch.
The home side then won possession in midfield breaking quickly with the ball dropping to Jack Mitchell who saw his shot saved by the legs of Nwabuko.
Redbridge then came forward again, Napa this time turning provider as his cross found Ogunwomoju well positioned but he was unable to make connection and the chance was gone.
Further chances for Redbridge as Ayodeji Olukoga then dragged an effort wide before Henry Day headed straight into the arms of Atkins, Karl Kayembe then just failed to get a touch on a teasing cross from Ogunwomoju.
For all their first half dominance the away side really needed another goal to be comfortable and fortunately for them it came just before the break , a ball was played over from the left ending up at the feet of Kayembe who fired across Atkins to make it two.
The second period started in the same vain as the previous half , Soumen Nandi almost in but Atkins did well to quickly come out and deny a goal.
Uko Oji then had a good opportunity for the home side but his shot lacked power and Nwabuko was able to gather.
Another big chance for Redbridge to make it three, Napa who had been unplayable all night waltzed past a couple of defenders before seeing his shot saved , the ball dropped kindly back into his path however a defender just managed to clear the danger.
As the match entered the final stages Takeley had a good spell of possession , Miles seeing his shot having the sting taken out of it allowing Nwabuko to safely gather.
A series of changes for the away side as they held firm to see the match out and make it 3 wins from 3 as they go into the weekend fixture at home to Heybridge Swifts.
