Redbridge made it three wins from three and moved top of the table with a commanding 4–2 victory over Bowers & Pitsea
The Motormen made one change from the weekend win at Gorleston, with Nathan Inga replacing Abdulai Sarr in defence. Redbridge started brightly, forcing former Motormen goalkeeper Samuel Nwabuko into an early fingertip save. Pedro Carvalho then tried his luck from distance, but Nwabuko gathered comfortably.
Bowers threatened through ex‑Redbridge forward Jayden Silcott‑Brown, who flashed an effort wide before bursting down the right to tee up Finlay Dorrell, only for the striker to fluff his lines. Redbridge responded with purpose as Louie Remi broke clear, denied once by Nwabuko but making no mistake moments later, drilling a precise finish across the keeper to give the hosts a deserved lead.
Further chances followed, with Bruno Tavares forcing another strong save and Ayodeji Olukoga stinging Nwabuko’s palms before the interval.

The second period began with Redbridge immediately on the front foot. A deflected Tavares cross fell kindly for Olukoga, who fired over, before Tavares himself connected with a Mekael Williams delivery but was too casual with the finish, allowing Nwabuko to save.
The pressure soon told.
Karl Kayembe rose highest to meet a superb Williams cross, heading home to double the advantage. Within minutes, it was 3–0 — a long‑range Jack Chawner free‑kick evaded everyone, catching Nwabuko unsighted as it bounced straight into the net.
Bowers briefly reduced the deficit when Silcott‑Brown stabbed home a deflected cross, but Redbridge restored their three‑goal cushion almost instantly. Remi, in electric form, cut inside from the right and unleashed a powerful drive beyond Nwabuko for his second of the evening.
With Bowers tiring, their chances were limited. Substitute Riley Scopes saw an effort saved by Lewis Greene. Silcott‑Brown then grabbed his second — a scrambled finish that few inside the ground actually saw clearly — but it proved little more than consolation.
The final whistle confirmed a third consecutive victory for the Motormen, who sit top of the table and head into their weekend FA Cup fixture at London Lions in confident mood.
